Explore the possibilities beyond burgers and dogs.  

Cooking with fire and wood smoke is a time-honored tradition that adds depth and dimension to ingredients savory and sweet, salty and sour.  This feast class introduces you to the basics of grilling meats, veggies, and more. You’ll also learn basic knife and prep skills, how to whip up a vinaigrette, assemble an indispensable Chimichurri sauce, and a grip of great grill recipes.
We will dine on the results of our labor: a mixed grill feast of juicy meats and charred veggies and maybe a few surprises (grilled desert anyone?).  There’ll be some wine provided, but feel free to bring a bottle of your favorite to share!
Bring only your chef’s knife, an apron, and a burning desire to grill.
